Omax 60120
Jet Machining Center





The OMAX 60120 Jet Machining Center is a bridge-style waterjet machine, it has a high-precision linear drive system designed exclusively for the abrasive waterjet environment.


Cutting envelope: 3200mm x 1575mm Material thicknesses: 0.1mm to 150mm with TILT-A-JET assembly. 150mm to 200mm+ by special jigs.

Renishaw Wireless Probing





The Tilt-A-Jet lets the OMAX JetMachining Center achieve virtually zero taper with most materials.


The Tilt-A-Jet can position the nozzle at an angle calculated by the software to exactly offset the taper from the abrasive jet. Taper doesn't disappear it just gets moved to the scrap part of the material, leaving your part with square edges.

OMAX Precision Optical Locator





The Precision Optical Locator (POL) is a high definition camera with microscope lens and allows us to zoom in on material features, locate, and select points with the software’s precision crosshair alignment tool.


This allows us to quickly and easily determine the location of parts on the machining table or features on existing parts or materials. We can find the exact centre of a hole or use the camera to trace out a large shape or part, the size of the cutting bed.

Bodor BCL-X





The Bodor BCL-X uses a High Power 150Watt CO2 Laser, for Cutting & Engraving across its 1300 x 900mm Work Area. Mostly used for cutting and engraving plastics, wood, leather and foam as well as engraving some metals.

Doosan DNM6700





The DOOSAN DNM6700 Vertical Machining Center is our latest purchase, this robust direct drive spindle 3 Axis machine allows us to provide high precision parts, for both prototyping and production runs.


This machine is spec’d up, including full wireless probing, chip conveyor for swarf removal, High pressure through spindle cooling and 30 tool side mount tool changer.

The Logic Trace Digitizing System consisting of a digitizing tablet, pen and Logic Trace software can quickly and easily trace any outline, template, object, or part and create a DXF graphics file on your computer ready for use by any CNC, CAD or cutting software and machine.
